I love this lady! Peta is a true inspiration to me. I have now been training Peta for 12 months, at the beginning of this she embarked on a weight / fat loss journey and to date has lost 30kg. 12 months of being dedicated to her eating plan and 12 months of continuous exercise that has now become a part of her normal working week.
Still a little ways to go, Peta now wants to shed another 20 or more kilograms and I am confident we can do this together! I know our sessions keep Peta motivated long after they have finished and she also finds time to incorporate other workouts at home or in the gym.
Yes this has been a long process, but if you know my philosophy of health and fitness there are no shortcuts, they only rebound! Slow and steady will win this race for Peta and in the mean time we are creating life long ‘good’ habits that will see her through for many strong healthy decades to follow.
I have made a difference in Peta’s life and she has made a difference in mine! So happy to know this lovely lady and can’t wait to see her reach her dream goal.
