This is a quick and easy recipe to knock up super fast, no cooking necessary! All you need is a food processor or Thermomix. My kids love these squares and it fills their tummies with goodness for an afternoon snack. Nuts are full of protein and this recipe is low sugar.
1 cup of almonds (you could use macadamia or cashew or a mix)
1 cup of shredded coconut
1 cup of cranberries
1/4 maple syrup
1 cup unhulled tahini
Place ALL ingredients into food processor and blend until well combined. Press mixture firmly into a lined baking dish. I like to really push down hard on it to completely flatten it out. Refrigerate for a few hours and then enjoy!
