Now at first glance of Helen’s before (left) I am sure many of you agree she really didn’t need to lose much weight. Helen contacted me wanting to make some changes in her fitness and eating to improve her body tone, support her partner on his weight loss journey and to gain more energy through clean eating. In 10 weeks Helen (mid 60’s) lost 5kg and toned up her mid-section and upper thighs. Helen noticed improvements in her sleeping, mood and energy, but also found my nutritional program an easy sustainable way that is now a lifestyle. Helen now spends that extra bit of time in the kitchen preparing healthy natural meals for herself and her partner so they can both feel more energised on a daily basis.
My healthy eating guidelines keep it simple and keep you in check according to portion sizes, timing of meals and making sure your body receives plenty of fibre and nutrients. Diets do not work, starvation does not work. This program is just about getting back to basics in the kitchen and eating plenty of natural wholesome foods as nature intended.
